Weekend
Over this past weekend I had a lot of fun. After school on Friday I had a great practice. Later that day I went to the Clearview versus Elyria Catholic basketball game with my teammates. It was fun to watch our rival school Clearview get beat 97-68 and see their faces crumble in disappointment. Saturday began by me boarding the bus with my team to travel 3 hours to Wilmington, Ohio to compete in the two thousand fourteen Ohio Valley Hoops Classic. Our game didn’t start until 7 but we arrived around 12:30ish and watched a couple games before we ate lunch. Later that night we unveiled our new jerseys and beat a well-rounded Newark team 66 to 64. After the game we all went back to our hotel and enjoyed the rest of the night laughing , playing dodge ball , and playing the Ps4. This weekend was so fun.

Assistant
If I could have a personal assistant for a week it would be Steve Jobs. I would choose Steve because he is a great innovator and inventor. Most people would probably have him make them a new iPhone or something like that. I believe that would be a waste of time though. I personally would ask Jim what was one of his ideas he was thinking about that he had kept confidential before he died. Once he told me , for that whole week him and I would work day and night until the product was finished and god called him back home. The day after he went back I would patent the idea and present it to the world. However for every dime I made I would give half to Steve's family because it was morally right considering he couldn't present the item to the world his self.

If I was to make golf an extreme sport the first thing I would change is the ball. I would make the ball a ticking time bomb. You would have to get the ball in the hole in order to diffuse the bomb before it blew up. This way there was a for sure winner because if you didn’t get the ball in the hole you obviously couldn’t continue on in the game. The next thing I would change is the golf clubs. I would make every club wooden so it would be harder to drive the ball as far. Lastly I would make golf be played in the winter. With golf in the winter the course would be covered in snow and would make it extremely hard for the players to find the hole. Most may say this is a death game but I think it will make golf players the most focused but yet scared athletes in the world because their life is constantly on the line.

PLAYGROUND
The perfect playground would start with a Sponge bob Theme. On one side I would have his pineapple which the kids can go in and play. On another side I would have the Krusty Krab which inside would serve whatever food the kids imagined to eat. Then I would have Sandy’s dome filled with water slides inside while listening to the soothing tunes of Squidward’s clarinet. Next there will be Squilium’s house which would be for the rich and snobby kids. This is just because he thinks he has it all and is better than Squidward just how rich kids think in my opinion. The last thing to top it all off would be a huge Spongebob replica like the stone ones he made in the one episode. The only difference would be is that this would have color and inside the kids could enjoy their selves at the biggest Dave and Buster’s ever.

I Am From
I am from God, a man who has blessed me with talent, intelligence, and life. I am from a woman who had a bad past but a steadily rising future. I am form not having it all but having enough to get by. I am from a huge family that comes together like a pack of wolves when it’s time to settle differences with those who oppose us. I am from a city where not too many succeed and plenty loved ones are dead or behind bars. I am from a country where the people who are supposed to protect us abuse their power against us. I am from hunger not hunger as in famine but hunger as in wanting to be someone.I am from using the hands of the wind to help me chase my dreams. I am from opportunity, when opportunities are in front of me I am taught to cease them. I am from BANGS and BOOMS waking me from my slumber in the middle of the night, later on to be known as gunshots. Despite all these things I am from change. It is time to come together to CHANGE how where we are from is remembered and I believe my generation has the power to do so.

Last 9 Weeks
During the last nine weeks I have gained a great deal of knowledge. School has not just taught me lessons about the core subjects, it has taught me lessons about life as well. A lesson about life that it has taught me is to show respect if you want it back. Along with the old cliché “It’s not what you say it’s how you say it.” Those 2 morals can either make me or break me in life and I am so thankful of my teachers and principle to help me with those. As far as learning about the subjects, I’ve learned the most in Spanish and English. I find it really funny considering they both are languages. However Spanish is a foreign language so basically everything I learn is new I can’t use any prior knowledge to help me like I can in the other subjects. English on the other hand challenges me the most out of every class. I find it odd due to the fact that I LOVE to write but it’s just so hard to keep an A in there. Maybe it’s because of all the stories? I truly don’t know. I am in a quandary right now just thinking about it and I hate feeling like this so I am going to end this journal. GOODBYE

Yesterday
Well yesterday was the day after homecoming so I assumed it would be just a day to recover and chill. However my assumption was wrong. First, I got a crick in my neck and I still have it so it's going to be hard for me to practice today. Second, I went to the park to shoot around with two of my friends until my coach picked me up. Once in the car with my coach we drove approximately 45 minutes to Garfield Heights High School , there we had 2 fall league basketball games. After showering and eating I went to my cousins house and did my English homework. I then went to my moms where we talked and reminisced about old times. Lastly I walked home, ate a bowl of cereal and watched TV until I dozed off. Unfortunately I woke up in the middle of the night so I am tired right now.

3 Things I’ll Never Do
Commit suicide
Be a cheerleader
Get a cat
I would never commit suicide because I enjoy life too much. I may get down but I would never let it get to that point. Just imagining how my parents would feel without me brings tears to my eyes. I wonder do people who kill themselves actually think it all the way through. Do they think about what if their child was to die? Do they actually realize this is it; I won’t ever wake up again? Do they know that where they are going it is not going to get better? When I say that most ask what do you mean? I mean that the Bible says if you kill yourself you are not welcome in Heaven. If you are not welcome in Heaven there is only one other place you can go and that is Hell. In my opinion there is no worse place than Hell. I haven’t physically been there but the way it is described it sounds for lack of a better word ATROCIOUS.

She was sure this was where she had left him but somehow he mysteriously disappeared. She had chosen this exact spot because it was extremely hard to find and was so dark. In the middle of her weeping about not finding him she seen something out the corner of her eye dash behind a tree. After surveying the area she put her head back down but yet again she seen the same thing. When she arose her head this time it was seven foot two hundred ninety five pound man who looked like he was dug up from a grave. In his hand he held her friends head. She tried to run but the man snatched her by her hair, lifted her against a tree and as soon as she felt the blade touch her neck she awoken from her slumber due to a loud clamor.

Evangical Journal
I am evangelical about basketball, music, and cinnamon toast crunch. I believe that basketball is the greatest sport known to man. If I could go back in time I would thank Jerry Naismith myself for inventing my 1st love. Every time you see me out of school I have a basketball with me because I love to work on my game. A life dream is to make it to the NBA; however if I don’t, engineering will do. Music to me is a way of life. You can express yourself so much by just the type of music you listen to. Music is also a good friend to pick you up when you’re feeling down. The lyrics to certain songs will always help bring you up and brighten your day. Lastly, who doesn’t like cinnamon toast crunch? I love cereal as much as I love basketball. Cinnamon Toast Crunch just makes my mouth water when I look at the box. Every bite feels like heaven in my mouth. Overall, if you don’t like cinnamon toast crunch, basketball, or music, you’re not living!
